Megan C. McGrath is a litigation attorney at Dolan Divorce Lawyers. Megan handles Family matters, with a particular focus on mediation, collaborative divorces, parenting coordination and complex asset division. Attorney McGrath was the Managing Attorney at Happy Even After Family Law prior to joining Dolan Divorce Lawyers where she handled family matters exclusively. Attorney McGrath is active in the New Haven County Bar Association as the family law co-chair for the executive committee and is also on the Golf tournament committee.
Attorney McGrath has been recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a New Leader in the Law. This award is bestowed to a small group of Attorneys each year based on a proven track record of success. She has also been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for multiple years since 2014.
Attorney McGrath graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude with a concentration in family law. While in law school, Attorney McGrath received the distinguished student award in Family Law as well as Divorce and the Divorcing Family. She was also on the Secretary of the Family and Juvenile Law Society. While at Quinnipiac, Attorney McGrath was a member of Phi Delta Phi Academic International Law Fraternity. Prior to attending Quinnipiac University, Attorney McGrath graduated from Northeastern University, cum laude.
Attorney McGrath is a certified mediator, parenting coordinator and collaborative divorce professional, as well as a Guardian ad Litem. She is current on the approved list of GAL/AMCs in the Judicial Districts of New Haven, Middletown, Milford and Stamford.
Attorney McGrath is a lifelong shoreline resident, residing in Branford with her Husband, two spirited children and her rescue pup. She enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf and enjoying all the Connecticut Shoreline has to offer.
