Please join Emile Flowers, CDLP® with the Divorce Lending Association as she interviews Family Law Attorney, Brittany Elliott.

Brittany Elliott is co-founder of the law firm Embrich & Elliott Law, with locations in both Edwardsville and Belleville.

Brittany received her J.D. from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, graduating in the spring of 2014.  During her time in law school, Brittany was awarded Dean’s List Honors as well as a CALI award for the top grade in Worker’s Compensation.  Brittany completed her undergraduate education at Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. 

While attending law school, Brittany worked at the One Place Family Justice Center in Montgomery, Alabama, assisting victims of domestic violence.  Brittany also interned at a firm focusing primarily on worker’s compensation and personal injury in the Metro East area. 

Brittany relocated with her husband to Edwardsville, Illinois, in May 2019, to practice in the Metro East. Brittany has primarily focused on domestic relations, handling particularly litigious cases.  Brittany is currently a member of the Edwardsville Rotary Club, and is an active member is the Madison County Bar Association.
